• made up of district wide students (4th/5th in Kadoka, 6th-8th Midland, Long Valley, Interior)
• monthly meetings to decide incentives & promote positive student behaviors
• discuss and learn about qualities that make a good leader
• visit all the schools in the district 
• accountability - grades & behavior
• fundraising activities to support incentives
• team building activities
