Welcome! I am Julie Hermann, a high school teacher for Kadoka Area School District. I grew up as a Sturgis Scooper and went to college at SDSM&T receiving a BS in Industrial Engineering.  Upon graduation, I worked for Rapid City Regional Hospital as an Industrial Engineer, then moved to Alaska where I became a Mechanical Engineer working for a HVAC design firm.  After staying home with my children for five years, I earned a teaching certificate through BHSU.   I teach courses in the math, science, or technology area; all of which fill my passion of learning.  I also serve as senior class advisor and assistant track coach.

I am married to my husband, Jamie, and we have two boys; Garrett and Kole.  I enjoy my time with my family and following my boys to their events.  I look forward to teaching your child.  Thank you!
