    Avera St. Mary's Hospital Medical Assistant Scholarship Program-$10,000 year, planning to obtain medical assistant degree and then work for Avera St. Mary's Hospital in Pierre, SD; email for an application November 1, but open until all scholarships are given

    DEWALT Trades Scholarship-The DEWALT Trade Scholarship is providing five awards of up to $10,000 each to students and makers pursuing full-time study at two-year colleges or vocational-technical schools.  Applicants must be current high school seniors or college undergraduates with a 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent).  To apply, you must be pursuing a major in trade fields such as construction, industrial, motor/power sector, mechanics or technology, and you must be planning on full-time undergraduate study during the 2020-21 academic year.  Only the first 1,000 applications will be accepted. Deadline Nov 15

    Bachus and Schanker Scholarship- $2000 seniannual scholarships to be paid toward tuition for the upcoming semester. High school senior or current full time student attending a four-year university with a 3.0+ GPA.  Write an essay of no fewer than 800 words about your opinion on the importance and efficacy of the 7th Amendment and how it affects your life.
